The Bankei and Azul Fidelidade Campaign is a partnership between Bankei and the Azul Linhas Aéreas Loyalty Program ("Azul Fidelidade"), offering Bankei users the opportunity to accumulate points in the Azul Fidelidade program when purchasing crypto assets through the Bankei app.

Eligibility and Participation Requirements
Cumulative Criteria:
To participate in the campaign and earn Azul Fidelidade points through the Bankei app, users must cumulatively meet the following conditions:
Enrollment in the Azul Fidelidade Program:
Users must have an active and updated Azul Fidelidade account. If not already enrolled, users must complete their registration before joining the campaign. Enrollment is free and can be completed via the Azul Fidelidade website or app.
Active and Compliant Bankei Account:
Users must hold a verified, active Bankei account, free of suspensions, blocks, or restrictions that may hinder transactions, including crypto purchases. Inactive, unverified, or non-compliant accounts are not eligible for this campaign.
Campaign Enrollment via the Bankei App:
Upon logging into the Bankei app, users will receive a banner notification inviting them to join the Bankei & Azul Fidelidade campaign. Registration is mandatory to accumulate points and requires acceptance of the campaign's terms and conditions.
Simultaneous Compliance Required:
Only users who simultaneously meet all three criteria above will be considered eligible for participation.
Data Validation:
Bankei reserves the right to verify the information provided by users to ensure compliance with the campaign requirements.
Ineligibility:
Users who do not meet the eligibility criteria or provide false or incomplete information will be automatically disqualified and will not be entitled to receive points.
Communication:
Bankei will communicate any changes to the campaign rules or eligibility requirements clearly and transparently through its official communication channels.
Points Accumulation System
Points Earning Criteria:
Eligible participants will earn 2 Azul points for every R$5.00 (five Brazilian reais) spent on crypto purchases through the Bankei app during the promotional period. Points are credited in real time, subject to possible communication delays.
Minimum Purchase Amount:
The minimum amount required to earn points is R$5.00. Purchases that exceed this threshold but are not exact multiples of five will still earn corresponding points. For example, a R$13.00 purchase will generate 6 Azul points, with the excess value not carried forward for future transactions.
Points Cap:
There is no maximum limit on the number of points that can be accumulated during this campaign. Participants may earn unlimited points based on their total crypto purchases.
Notification and Enrollment Process
In-App Notification:
A discreet and contextual in-app notification will inform users about the opportunity to accumulate Azul points.
Design and Usability:
Notifications will be visually appealing and informative, following Bankei’s user interface guidelines, without being intrusive.
Acceptance Flow:
Within the notification, users can accept the campaign terms and confirm their enrollment with a single click. Registration is one-time and valid for the full duration of the campaign.
Optional Participation:
Users may choose not to enroll without affecting their app experience or access to other features..
Points Processing and Verification
Minimum Value Verification:
After each crypto purchase, the system automatically verifies whether the transaction meets the minimum value of R$5.00 and whether it falls within the campaign period. If the conditions are met, points are credited in real time, subject to latency.
Bankei Points Display:
The Bankei app will display the Azul points accumulated exclusively from crypto purchases on the platform. For the total Azul points balance (including points earned elsewhere), users must access the Azul Fidelidade app or website.
Secure Data Transmission:
Once verified, the relevant data is securely and encryptedly transmitted to the Azul Fidelidade platform.
Transaction Logging and Auditing:
All crypto purchase transactions by enrolled users are logged within the Bankei system for auditing and tracking purposes.
Points Availability and Validity
Credit Timeline:
Points will be automatically credited to the user's Azul Fidelidade account, based on the CPF associated with the Bankei account and registered with Azul.
Validity Rules:
Points validity will follow the official Azul Fidelidade rules. Users must consult Azul’s program terms for more information.
Balance Inquiry:
Bankei will show the Azul points earned exclusively through the Bankei platform. For total balance inquiries, users must refer to Azul’s app or website.
Responsibility for Validity:
Bankei is responsible for correctly processing and transmitting data to Azul. However, Azul holds full responsibility for point management, validity, and redemption, according to its loyalty program terms.

Security Measures:
Sensitive user data is protected through strong encryption during transmission between the Bankei app and Azul systems, following advanced security protocols.
Data Storage:
User data is stored on secure servers protected by intrusion detection systems.
Legal Compliance:
Both Bankei and Azul commit to protecting user privacy and personal data in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable laws. By participating, users consent to:
a) The sharing of data between Bankei and Azul strictly for campaign purposes;
b) The processing of their data for point calculation and attribution;
c) The storage of transaction data for the campaign duration.
Restrictions and Limitations
Non-Cumulative Promotions:
This campaign may not be combined with other promotions from Bankei or Azul Fidelidade. Points earned in each campaign will be credited separately, and individual benefits will apply according to each promotion’s rules.
Modifications:
Bankei reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time at its sole discretion, with prior notice to participants.
Transaction Verification:

Eligible Purchases:
Only crypto purchases made directly through the official Bankei app are eligible for points. External transactions are not valid.
Fraudulent Activity:
Any transaction suspected of fraud will be ineligible for points and may be subject to investigation.
Unsupported Channels:
Registrations or renewals made through unauthorized channels will not earn points.
Final Provisions and Legal Jurisdiction
Acceptance of Terms:
By enrolling in the campaign, users declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions, including the privacy and security policies.
Responsibilities:
Bankei is responsible for the development, execution, and management of the campaign within its app, including communication with Azul, point processing, user support, and data security. Azul is responsible for managing its loyalty program, validating and redeeming points, offering benefits, and customer support related to its services.
Privacy Policy:
Bankei and Azul have individual Privacy Policies outlining how user data is collected, stored, and processed. By agreeing to this campaign, participants also agree to both companies’ respective privacy terms.
