The Bankei and Livelo Campaign is a partnership between Bankei and the Livelo Points Program, offering Bankei users the opportunity to earn points in the Livelo Program when purchasing crypto assets through the Bankei app.
This edition aims to strengthen relationships with both existing and new Bankei customers by encouraging the use of the app and the exploration of its features, while also giving participants the chance to redeem rewards and benefits offered by the Livelo points program.
The campaign will be valid from July 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. until October 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Brasília time). After this period, purchases will no longer be counted toward earning points in the Livelo program.
Eligibility and Participation Requirements
Cumulative Requirements:
The platform collects various types of users' personal data, including but not limited to name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), email address, phone number, banking information, and financial transaction data. Additionally, browsing and usage data may also be collected, such as IP address, geographic location, device information, and facial images for registration validation.
Enrollment in the Livelo Points Program:
Users must complete a regular registration in the Livelo Points Program with complete and up-to-date information. If the user is not a member, they must sign up via the Livelo website or app.
Active and Compliant Bankei Account:
Users must have an active, verified, and compliant Bankei app account, with no suspensions, blocks, or restrictions that would prevent them from conducting transactions, including purchasing crypto assets. Inactive, non-compliant, or unverified accounts are not eligible for participation in the Bankei and Livelo campaign.
Enrollment in the Campaign via the Bankei App:
Upon accessing the Bankei app, the user will see a banner notification inviting them to enroll in the Bankei and Livelo campaign. Registration is mandatory to track purchases and accumulate points under the campaign and requires reading and agreeing to its terms and conditions.
Simultaneous Fulfillment of Requirements:
The user will only be eligible if they meet all three of the above conditions simultaneously, as outlined in the terms.
Data Validation:
Bankei reserves the right to validate the information provided by users to ensure eligibility and compliance with the Bankei and Livelo campaign rules.
Ineligibility:
Users who fail to meet all requirements stated in this regulation and/or provide false or incomplete information will be automatically disqualified and will not be entitled to any bonuses or accumulation of points.
Communication:
Bankei will clearly and transparently communicate any changes to eligibility requirements or campaign rules through its official communication channels.
Points System
Points Accumulation:
To be eligible for points, participants must purchase cryptocurrencies through the Bankei app during the campaign period. For every R$5.00 (five Brazilian reais) spent, the participant will earn 2 (two) Livelo points. These points will be processed and credited within up to 5 (five) business days, subject to potential communication delays.
Minimum Purchase Amount:
The minimum amount required to earn points is R$5.00 (five reais). Purchases equal to or exceeding this value will generate points, including fractional values not reaching the next R$5.00 multiple. For example, a purchase of R$13.00 (thirteen reais) will yield 6 (six) Livelo points. It is important to note that any additional fractional value rewarded in a transaction will not be carried over to future purchases, as it has already been accounted for.
Points Limit:
There is no maximum limit to the number of points that can be accumulated during this campaign. Participants may earn as many points as they wish, based on the total value of their cryptocurrency purchases.
Notification and Enrollment Process
Subtle In-App Notification:
The app will display a subtle, contextual notification informing users about the opportunity to earn points in the Livelo program.
Design and Usability:
The notification will be designed to be visually appealing and informative, without being intrusive, in accordance with the Bankei app’s interface guidelines.
Acceptance Process:
Within the notification, users will be able to accept the terms and enroll in the campaign by clicking a confirmation button. Enrollment is one-time and remains valid for the entire duration of the campaign.
Participation Flexibility:
Users may choose not to enroll in the campaign without affecting their overall app experience or access to other features. However, non-enrolled users will not be eligible to earn points as outlined in this regulation.
Points Processing and Verification
Minimum Value Verification:
After each cryptocurrency purchase, the system automatically verifies whether the transaction meets the minimum value of R$5.00 (five reais) and if it was made during the campaign period. If these conditions are met, the points are processed and credited to the participant's Livelo account within up to 5 (five) business days, subject to possible communication delays. The Bankei app will display the accumulated points specifically earned through purchases made within the app. To view the total Livelo points balance, including those earned through other means, users should access the Livelo app or website.
Data Transmission:
Once the minimum value is confirmed, the system securely extracts the necessary information and transmits it in an encrypted format to the Livelo points program platform.
Transaction Logging and Control:
All cryptocurrency purchase transactions made by enrolled users are recorded in the Bankei system for auditing and control purposes.
Points Availability and Validity
Credit Timeline:
Points will be credited to the Livelo points program account based on the CPF (Brazilian tax ID) linked to the user’s digital Bankei account. This CPF information will be shared with Livelo by Bankei. The CPF registered in the Bankei app must match the one registered in the Livelo program.
Validity Rules:
The validity of accumulated points will follow the rules of the Livelo points program. Users should consult the official Livelo program terms and conditions for detailed information.
Balance Inquiry:
The Bankei app will display the Livelo points balance accumulated exclusively through purchases made on the Bankei platform. This balance includes points earned through all Bankei campaigns. To check the total available Livelo points, including those accumulated through other means, users must access the Livelo app or website.
Responsibility for Validity:
Bankei ensures the correct processing and transmission of data to Livelo's system; however, Livelo is solely responsible for the management, validity, and redemption of points, in accordance with the rules and policies of its points program. Livelo is not responsible for the quality of products or services offered and provided by Bankei, nor for any approval or completion of purchases and/or campaign registration. Livelo is also not responsible for incorrect information provided by Bankei and/or the participant, including but not limited to CPF numbers used for crediting points. The conversion rate from USD to BRL in campaigns based on a dollar-per-point model is defined solely by Bankei.
Data Protection and Security
Security Measures:
Personal data is protected with robust encryption during communication between the Bankei app and Livelo’s infrastructure, using advanced security protocols.
Data Storage:
User information is stored on secure servers, protected by intrusion detection systems.
Legal Compliance:
Bankei and Livelo are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of participants in this campaign, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation. By participating in this campaign, the user agrees to:
a) The sharing of data between Bankei and Livelo for the purposes of this campaign;
b) The processing of their data for point calculation and assignment; and
c) The storage of information related to transactions carried out during the campaign period.
Restrictions and Limitations
Not Cumulative with Other Campaigns:
This campaign is not cumulative with other promotions or campaigns run by the Livelo or Bankei points programs. Points earned will be credited separately when allowed. If other promotions are active, users will receive the benefits of each campaign individually, according to their specific terms.
Modifications:
Bankei reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bankei and Livelo campaign at any time, at its sole discretion, with prior notice to participants.
Transaction Verification:
Cryptocurrency purchases made during the campaign period must be verifiable through the Bankei app, via the transaction history, in order to be considered valid for this campaign.
Cryptocurrency Purchases:
Cryptocurrency transactions made outside of the official Bankei app do not qualify for points.
Suspected Fraud:
Any transaction identified as potentially fraudulent will be deemed ineligible for points accumulation and may be subject to investigation.
Enrollment or Renewal Through Unauthorized Channels:
Enrollments or renewals made through channels not specified in this regulation will not be eligible for point accumulation.
Final Provisions and Jurisdiction
Acceptance of Terms:
By enrolling, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules and provisions of the Bankei and Livelo campaign, including privacy and security policies. Participation is at the user's sole discretion.
Responsibilities:
Bankei is responsible for the development, implementation, operation, and availability of the products/services eligible under the Bankei and Livelo campaign within its app, including communication with Livelo’s infrastructure, point processing, user support, and data security and privacy within its system. Livelo is responsible, upon receiving the information from Bankei for point crediting, for the management of the Livelo points program, including the rules for redemption, customer service, and the offering of rewards and benefits available on its website and/or app.
Privacy Policy:
Bankei and Livelo each maintain a Privacy Policy outlining how user data is collected, used, stored, and protected. By accepting the terms of the Bankei and Livelo Campaign, participants also agree to their respective Privacy Policies.

Jurisdiction:
The Central Court of the District of São Paulo/SP is elected as the competent forum to resolve any disputes related to this campaign. Brazilian law shall apply.
User privacy and data protection are fundamental principles for Bankei, and every effort is made to ensure that such data is handled with the highest level of care and security. By using the platform, the user agrees to the terms of this regulation and consents to the processing of their personal data as described.
